Who can book a trip?
Our trips are designed for university students aged 18–25, but you do not have to be a university student to join. Anyone aged 18–25 can book a trip and travel with the group.
How do the groups work?
Each trip is a group trip with other travellers aged 18–25. Groups travel together according to the planned itinerary, giving you the opportunity to meet new people and experience the destination together.
Can I travel with my friends?
Yes. You can book a trip with your friends and travel together as part of the same group. You can also book on your own and meet the rest of your group during the trip.
What is included in the trip?
Each trip includes the accommodation, transportation and activities listed on its trip page. The day-by-day itinerary shows what is planned throughout the trip, so you know what to expect before booking.
How much of the trip is planned for me?
The main itinerary, accommodation, transportation and included activities are planned in advance. Trips also include free time where you can explore independently or spend time with your group.
How do I know which trip is right for me?
Trips are organised by destination, season, duration, price and travel style. Each trip page also provides information about the itinerary, activities, accommodation and transportation to help you choose the right trip.
How do payments and cancellation work?
You only need to pay a €100 deposit online when booking to secure your place. The remaining balance is paid in person before the trip begins, so you do not need to pay the full trip price upfront. You can cancel your booking up to 2 weeks before the departure date and receive a refund of your deposit.
What happens after I book?
You will receive confirmation of your booking via email and the information you need for your trip. Further details about meeting points, schedules and the group will be provided before departure.
Do I need a passport or visa?
This depends on your nationality and the countries included in your trip. You are responsible for making sure you have the required travel documents and any necessary visas before departure.
Can I book a trip if I am travelling alone?
Yes. You do not need to know anyone else on the trip to book. You will travel as part of the same organised group and have the opportunity to meet the other travellers before and during the trip.
Are flights included?
International transportation between destinations on the trip is included in the price. Flights or other transportation from your home to the starting destination, and from the final destination back home, are not included and must be arranged separately.
