Your Icelandic Spring Break begins with an overnight flight to Reykjavík. Settle in, get some rest, and get ready for a few days of dramatic landscapes, coastal towns, glaciers, and some of Iceland's most famous natural sights.

Welcome to Reykjavík, Iceland's colorful capital and the starting point for your South Coast adventure. Reykjavík combines colorful streets, modern Nordic design, lively cafés, and a strong connection to Iceland's natural landscape : the perfect introduction .Spend the day getting settled and exploring the city before meeting your group for a Welcome Dinner.

Spend the day getting to know Reykjavík before heading out along the South Coast. Spring brings longer daylight hours, making it a great time to explore the city and experience one of Iceland's famous geothermal pools. Join a guided introduction to Reykjavík's main sights.Visit the waterfront and Sun Voyager sculpture.Explore the city's cafés, shops, and museums.

Today you leave Reykjavík behind and begin your journey along Iceland's South Coast. The landscape quickly changes from city streets to waterfalls, volcanic mountains, open countryside, and dramatic coastline. Continue toward Vík, stopping at some of the region's most famous natural attractions along the way.Travel along Iceland's South Coast from Reykjavík to Vík.Visit Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls.Stop at Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach.See the dramatic basalt formations and sea stacks along the coast.

Continue east toward Höfn through some of Iceland's most spectacular landscapes. Today brings glaciers, national parks, dramatic valleys, and the famous Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. The route is one of the highlights of the trip, with plenty of opportunities to stop and experience Iceland's changing scenery. Visit the Skaftafell area of Vatnajökull National Park. Stop at Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. Walk along Diamond Beach and see pieces of glacial ice scattered across the black sand.

It's time to make your way back toward Reykjavík. Enjoy one final scenic drive through Iceland's South Coast, with opportunities to stop at viewpoints and revisit some of the landscapes from earlier in the trip. Once back in Reykjavík, enjoy your final evening in Iceland. Grab dinner with the group, explore the city one last time, or head out for a final night in the capital.

Your Icelandic Spring Break comes to an end. Enjoy a final breakfast before transferring to the airport for your flight home.
